This attractive spring rafting is the right chance to test your courage. In some rapids you will feel powerless facing the power of spring rapids of Tara.

Rafting is organized in the part of Tara between Kolašin and Mojkovac, length of around 20 km. Organizing period is April – May. Breakfast and lunch have been organized in the National restaurant or village ranch near the river.

One-day rafting “Brštanovica – Durmitor Ring”

Facing You is an exceptional one-day combined excursion, intertwined with contrasts of high-mountain tops of Durmitor and gentle pastures of Pivska Mountain, of Piva Lake turquoise waters and deep canyons of Piva and Tara rivers.

Rafting is performed on the last part of Tara between camps »Brštanovica« and »Šćepan polje«, length of 18 km, where Tara and Piva unite their waters creating Drina.

You will feel the vehemence of thirty rapids of the most attractive part of Tara, bathe in cold waters of green vortexes, take photographs and above anything else have unforgettable socializing.

After the rafting you will enjoy magic views from the bridges on river Piva and Pivsko Lake, from the famous dam »Mratinje«, which with its 220 m height was for long time the highest dam in Europe. You will be given a chance to ride half an hour on Pivska Mountain on horses to the nearby peaks.

You will enjoy national specialties and hospitality of the population of Pivska Mountain and Durmitor…

Breakfast has been organized in Sušica river canyon, and the lunch in place Trsa on Pivska Mountain.

The excursion starts from Kolašin, Mojkovac or Žabljak in early morning hours. Return is around 21.00 hours. Excursion participants are obliged to take with them adequate clothes, cap and sun protective cream against strong sun. Complete rafting equipment is secured by the organizer.

One-day rafting Splaviste – Zugica luka

Enjoy two-hours rafting in the part of Tara from Splavište to Žugića luka, in which you would touch upon some of the memorable parts of the Tara canyon. You will see spring »Ljutica« – real natural jewel and the strongest spring in Europe, famous bridge on Đurđevića Tara, which with its five arches and height of 150 meters is a real architectural masterpiece. It is known that during construction of this bridge wooden scaffoldings were used, at that time the biggest one ever made in Europe.

If you wish, we can visit Saint Archangel Michael’s monastery, bathe in cold »Green vortexes«, visit excavations from Roman times and in the end enjoy lamb under the iron pan in the beautiful environment alongside the river.

Length of the navigable path is 15 km.
